On October 15, 2026, Elon Musk’s long-awaited next-generation Tesla Roadster took center stage at SpaceX’s rocket testing facility in McGregor, Texas — and the demonstration was unlike anything we’ve seen from a conventional car.
The electric supercar drove up a giant curved ramp, flipped upside down, lifted off the ground, and landed safely using powerful thrusters. In another demonstration, it launched over several Tesla vehicles, including the Cybertruck, performing an aerial maneuver that looked straight out of a science-fiction movie.
